Fardo Prompt Lens is a browser extension designed to help users analyze prompts and understand how AI-generated responses may be structured. This Privacy Policy explains how the extension handles data and user information.

1. Information We Collect

Fardo Prompt Lens does not collect, store, or transmit personal information.

The extension only processes the visible text content of prompts on supported AI platforms in order to generate prompt analysis and related query suggestions. This processing happens locally in the user's browser whenever the extension is activated.

The extension does not access:

• personal accounts
• private messages outside the active page
• browsing history
• cookies
• authentication data

2. Use of Permissions

The extension uses a limited set of browser permissions to function properly.

activeTab

The activeTab permission allows the extension to access the currently active tab only when the user interacts with the extension. This is required to analyze the visible prompt text and display the analysis panel.

host permissions

Host permissions are used only for supported AI platforms so the extension can run its analysis interface on those pages. These permissions allow the extension to read the visible prompt content needed for analysis.

storage

The storage permission is used to store temporary preferences or analysis state locally in the browser to improve the user experience. No personal data is stored.

3. Data Processing

All prompt analysis is performed locally within the user's browser environment. The extension does not transmit prompt content or analysis results to external servers.

4. Data Sharing

Fardo Prompt Lens does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.

No analytics trackers, advertising trackers, or external monitoring tools are used inside the extension.

5. Remote Code

The extension does not execute remote code. All scripts required for the extension to function are included within the extension package.

6. Security

The extension is designed to minimize data access and follows browser extension security guidelines. Only the minimum permissions required for the extension's functionality are requested.
